Purpose

Authority to be delegated to the Head of Planning HBC (Alex Robinson, Executive Head of Place) to agree items of expenditure under S106 Agreements where expenditure is as proposed in the legal agreement.

Decision

Expenditure of identified S106 funds up to the amount of £700,000, subsequent to Cabinet on 6 September 2023 when a report was taken on ‘Purchase of Temporary Accommodation’, which was subsequently endorsed at Full Council on 20 September 2023.
