Decision

RESOLVED to:

1. recommend to Full Council that the Environmental Health and Licensing Enforcement Policy (2024) is approved.
2. to delegate authority to the Executive Head of Place, in consultation with the relevant Cabinet Lead to amend the Policy following adoption, provided those changes are limited to the correction of factual errors and changes necessary to accommodate national or local changes in regulations, guidance or procedures and shall not otherwise alter the meaning of the Policy.
3. to delegate authority to the Executive Head of Place, in consultation with the relevant Cabinet Lead to prepare guidance and relevant process notes for the implementation and administration of the Policy.
