Purpose

To proceed with making the agreed variations to the lease agreements at Havant Leisure Centre and Waterlooville Leisure Centre, to enable the redevelopment and expansion of facilities

Decision

RESOLVED to

1. agree to the revision of the lease agreements based on the terms outlined in the report at Havant Leisure Centre and Waterlooville Leisure Centre.
2. delegate authority to the Chief Executive, in consultation with S151 Officer, to undertake all due diligence, negotiate and finalise the terms and execute all legal agreements on behalf of the Council.
