Decision
To amend a footnote in at the bottom of page 7 of the CIL Spending Protocol (2022) from ‘In some cases particularly in Leigh Park, the facilities may be owned and operated by Portsmouth City Council’ to ‘In some cases, the facilities may be owned and operated by Portsmouth City Council or Hampshire County Council.’
