About

The Governance Committee oversees the internal workings and structure of the Council. It makes recommendations on changes to the Council's Constitution and appoints individuals to various organisations where the Council has representation. The committee also reviews the resources provided to Councillors to support their duties and ensures the Council adheres to all legal and regulatory standards for its corporate governance.
