into the Highways Contract (the Contract) with Marlborough Highways Limited
(Company number 02765630) (“preferred
bidder”), subject to the statutory
standstill period, for an initial term of six years with the option
to extend for up to a further four years, by mutual agreement up to
a total value of £145m over 10 years.
