A decision will be taken to award the contratc
for street lighting services.

Approved the award and to enter into the Street
Lighting Contract (the Contract) with Marlborough
Highways Limited (Company number 02765630), subject to the
statutory standstill period, for an initial term of six years with
the option to extend for up to a further four years, by mutual
agreement up to a total value of £25m over 10
years.
