Purpose

Revision to the
Cabinet Paper requesting Permission to Procure ASC Framework that
was approved at March Cabinet to:
1. Increase the value
of the framework to £500 million to ensure that all
placements can be made through the framework without
limitations.
2. Incorporated the
approval to delegate the authority for
awarding the contracts to Cabinet Member for Adults
and Health.
