Approval to accept grant funding, already allocated,
under the Warm Homes:Social Housing Fund and agreement to any
terms or conditions of grant.

Approval to expenditure of the grant on HRA
properties.

Approval to expend HRA approved budget as the
Council's contribution to that programme.

·      
Approval to enter into a strategic partnership
through London Councils, through which the grant has been
awarded.
