Cabinet agreed to;
 
Increase the weekly foster carers’ fee
allowance and weekly allowance per child as set out in paragraph
2.5 of the Report to ensure we are offering a fair and competitive
rate when compared to neighbouring boroughs and the recommended
national minimum allowance.
