Cabinet will be asked for approval to:

1. Proceed with the procurement of the Havering Healthy Child

Programme.

2. Delegate authority on the decision regarding contract

procurement route to the Director of Public Health, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Adults and Wellbeing
