The Strategic Director, People approved the acceptance and spending plan for the Crisis Resilience Fund on 14/05/2026. The decision was to accept £3,100,000 from the fund to build upon existing poverty reduction measures. This includes allocating funds to the Emergency Assistance Scheme, Council Tax Discretionary Fund, Community Hub Coordinator, Citizens Advice Bureau, Local Area Coordinators, Food Distribution Network, Live Well Havering staff, Warm/Cool spaces, marketing, and administration.
