Approved the publication of the Market Position Statement 2026-2031. The Statement provides a clear and comprehensive overview of Havering’s adult social care commissioning priorities, service landscape, and strategic direction for the next five years. Its publication will support statutory duties under the Care Act 2014, promote transparency, and strengthen engagement with care providers and stakeholders. By publishing the Statement, the Council will enable providers to align their services with local needs, encourage innovation, and contribute to the development of a sustainable, high-quality care market that delivers improved outcomes for Havering residents.
