Purpose

On 14th June 2023, Cabinet agreed the recommendation to delegate to the Director of Housing (Living Well) in consultation with the Lead Portfolio Holder for Housing (Climate Change & Housing Needs), the authority to negotiate the detailed terms of, and the authority to agree that the Council enters into, an Agreement for Lease (or a broadly equivalent contractual instrument with the same commercial effect) with the Real Estate Investment Trust (and any necessary ancillary agreements)
