Havering's Strategic Director, People decided to approve recommendations on 02/04/2024. The decision agreed to undertake a consultation on proposals to introduce charging for funded assistive technology as a standalone service. This includes sending surveys to telecare users, collating responses, and using findings to inform a decision on charges and an Equalities Impact Assessment.
