The Director of Housing and Property (Interim) approved the acquisition of leasehold and freehold properties for the Chippenham Road Regeneration site on 15/12/2023. The decision was to proceed with the purchase of the leasehold interest in 72 Chippenham Road, RM3 8HX, at a negotiated price of £445,000. External legal advisers will be instructed to complete the purchase.
