The Director of Housing and Property (Interim) approved the recommendations for the 75 Durham Avenue RM2 6JJ Housing Scheme on 11/12/2023. The council will purchase the property for £153,000 using GLA refugee funding to provide social housing. External solicitors will be instructed to handle the conveyancing.
