Director, Living Well approved the recommendations for the Havering Community Resilience and Crisis Response Team Small Grant Fund Round 5 on 16/07/2026. The decision authorises the launch of the fund to provide grants to local organisations. The fund will allocate up to £150,000 from the Homes for Ukraine grant.
