The Director of Housing and Property (Interim) approved the recommendations for the housing scheme at 11 Haydock Close RM12 6EA on 30/09/2026. The council will purchase the property using funding from the Local Authority Housing Fund. This decision will provide additional units of accommodation to house those in need.
