The Shareholder Committee oversees Herefordshire Council's involvement with companies and legal entities that it wholly or partly owns or controls, including indirect control through loan agreements. The committee's role is to ensure effective governance arrangements for these entities. Its membership consists of four Cabinet Members nominated by the Cabinet.
