The Hillingdon Borough Planning Committee approved the application for demolition and erection of four self-contained units at 18 Iver Lane, Cowley, Uxbridge on 10 May 2023. The decision was to approve the application as per officers' recommendations. This included a legal agreement to prohibit residents of units with on-site parking from applying for a permit to join a parking management scheme.
