The Hillingdon Planning Committee of Hillingdon Council approved the application on 04 June 2026. The decision was to grant planning permission for the erection of two detached dwellinghouses subject to a Section 106 legal agreement and conditions. The agreement will secure that the development is delivered as self-build housing.
