The decision was to grant planning permission for the partial change of use of the existing hotel restaurant and construction of a new rear extension building providing additional hotel bedrooms, together with alterations to the car park and all associated works. This approval is subject to a Section 106 legal agreement and conditions, including a financial contribution of £28,088 for an Employment Strategy and Training Scheme and a carbon offset contribution of £22,675.
