The Cabinet of Hillingdon Council approved recommendations for the commissioning of therapy services for the Experts at Hand service on 23 July 2026. Authority was delegated to the Corporate Director of Children's Services, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Adults, Children, Health & Care, for the implementation and award of contracts. This includes approving a contract award to Constellia Public Ltd for up to £1.5 million per annum for three years to deliver Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy capacity.
