The Cabinet of Hillingdon Council approved recommendations from the former Health & Social Care Select Committee on 23 July 2026. They noted ongoing work with partners on an early intervention and prevention model for adult social care. Officers will provide updates to the Children, Families, Health and Care Select Committee on coproduction of the Older People's Plan, data sharing frameworks for Integrated Neighbourhood Teams, communication with residents, and collaborative working developments.
