Planning Development Presentations are an opportunity for Members to hear presentations by developers about the early stages of a major development, prior to the application being presented to the Planning Committee. Although the presentations are primarily for the Planning Committee Members other Members with an interest or members of the public are also welcome to attend. This is not a formal meeting so there are no minutes or record of attendance. Information about forthcoming presentations can, however, be found in the Monthly Update Report, which is presented to the Planning Committee at the meeting prior to the Planning Development Presentation.
