The Licensing Panel decided to grant the application for a Premises Licence for Tesco Express, 106-110 Whitton Road, Hounslow, TW3 2ES on 16 September 2026. The licence was granted with amendments to the original application, including reduced hours for the supply of alcohol and the addition of specific conditions. These conditions include the installation and maintenance of a comprehensive CCTV system, regular staff training on the Licensing Act 2003, a Challenge 25 proof of age scheme, and restrictions on the sale of single cans of beer, lager, or cider, and miniature bottles of spirits.
