About

The Tenants, Leaseholders, and Sheltered Tenants Joint Consultative Committee acts as a forum for consultation between the Council and representatives of tenants, leaseholders, and sheltered tenants.

This advisory committee considers and comments on the Council's housing strategy, the HRA 30 Year Business Plan, specific housing service plans and performance, and reports from Hounslow Homes and the Independent Scrutiny Panel. It can advise and make recommendations to the Cabinet and refer matters to other departments.
