About

The Development Management Committee is a regulatory body of Huntingdonshire Council with decision-making powers. It is responsible for town and country planning, development control, and the protection of hedgerows and trees. The committee also has powers relating to the regulation of highways and public rights of way. Members of the public, including applicants, objectors, and parish council representatives, have a right to speak at meetings if they register in advance.
