FULL COUNCIL

The Full Council of the Isles of Scilly is responsible for all functions assigned to it by legislation that specifically relates to the Council, or that applies to District or Unitary Authorities and has not been delegated to another committee. It acts as the ultimate decision-making body for matters not otherwise assigned. Its remit covers a broad range of statutory responsibilities, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations for the Isles of Scilly.
