Isles of Scilly Local Outbreak Engagement Board (LOEB)

The Isles of Scilly Local Outbreak Engagement Board (LOEB) provides political oversight for the local response to COVID-19 outbreaks, including planning, response, and recovery efforts. It engages with residents, communities, and stakeholders to communicate information about the Test, Trace, Contain programme and alert levels.

The Board makes recommendations to the Full Council and can direct existing resources. Decisions requiring additional council budget or resource direction must be approved by the Full Council. Council employees attend in an advisory capacity only.
