- 1. To approve the recommended Supported Housing and Floating Support commissioning model and procurement approach as outlined in this procurement strategy report.
- 2. To delegate authority to the Corporate Director of Health and Social Care, following consultation with the Executive Member for Health and Social Care, for the appointment of providers to the flexible framework, at the commencement of the framework and at any subsequent intervals that the framework is re-opened for new entrants. The flexible framework will allow for a maximum total spend on call-off contracts of £200 million.
- 3. To delegate authority to the Corporate Director of Health and Social Care to award call-off contracts pursuant to the framework, where the contract is funded from Health and Social Care budgets. This includes where there is joint funding. These decisions will be made following consultation with the Executive Member for Health and Social Care.
