Recommendations:

1. 1  To approve the Cleaner Islington vision and associated programme as set out in this report and to build upon the ambition set out in the draft Corporate Plan (to be considered by Executive on 30 July 2026), creating a clean, safe, healthy, sustainable and more liveable borough.
2. 2  To note the proposed governance, performance and reporting arrangements that will underpin delivery, assess performance against statistical neighbours as set out in the Local Outcomes Framework and provide assurance of environmental quality and service performance.
3. 3  To approve the Lowest Waste Borough Delivery Plan component in Appendix A.
