The Voluntary and Community Sector Committee decided to approve a direct contract award for specialist adaptations including installations and repairs for residents with vulnerabilities and disabilities to EffectAble Construction Services for eight months on 11/07/2023. The Executive approved direct contract awards for specialist adaptations to EffectAble Construction Services and Morgan Sindall Property Services for eight months, and approved the procurement strategy for two long-term specialist adaptations contracts, delegating authority to the Corporate Director of Homes and Neighbourhoods to award these contracts on 23 October 2025. The Corporate Director of Environment and Climate Change approved updates to the Year 1 (2025/26) and proposed changes to the Year 2 (2026/27) and Year 3 (2027/28) Local Implementation Plan programmes on 28 October 2025.
