- 1 Approve the procurement strategy for gas boiler repairs and servicing to provide support to the in-house team as outlined in this report.
- 2 Approve the procurement strategy for gas boiler installations as outlined in this report.
- 3 Delegate authority to award these contracts to the Corporate Director of Homes and Neighbourhoods following consultation with the Executive Member for Homes and Neighbourhoods, following completion of the tender process.
- 4 Approve a direct contract award to Castlepoint Gas for gas boiler installations pursuant of the Constellia framework for a period of up to 12 months from July 1st 2026 until 1st July 2027 at a total estimated cost of up to £19,000,000 (inc. VAT).
- 5 Approve a variation to the existing contract value and date of the existing Lot 1 Gas Boiler Responsive Repairs and Servicing - North contract with GEM ENVIRONMENTAL BUILDING SERVICE LTD at a total estimated value cost of up to £2,600,000 (inc. VAT) with an addition of 1 month to the existing contract.
- 6 Approve a variation to extend the existing Lot 2 Gas Boiler Responsive Repairs and Servicing – South contract with BRITISH GAS SOCIAL HOUSING LIMITED for a period of 13 months 1st June 2026 until 1st July 2027 at a total estimated value of up £4,655,000 (inc. VAT).
