The Corporate Director - Resources approved the combined procurement strategy and contract award for the Social Care Case Management system on 24 July 2026. The decision approved a call-off contract for a suite of Social Care hosted case management systems to Liquidlogic Limited (trading as System C) for up to 60 months at an estimated cost of £1,943,418. This includes the provision, hosting, support, and maintenance of the LAS, LCS, ContrOCC Finance, Early Help Module, and Regional Adoption Agency systems.
