The Corporate Director - Community Wealth Building approved the contract award for the Wray Crescent Community Park Building on 17 September 2026. The decision approved the award of a contract to T&B Contractors for up to 14 months at a cost of £1,716,472.20 excluding VAT. The contract includes demolition of the existing pavilion, construction of a new building with community and sports facilities, internal and external works, and landscaping.
