The Executive agreed to commence a statutory consultation on proposed changes to Tenancy Conditions in October 2026 for sixteen weeks. The Corporate Director of Community Wealth Building, in consultation with the Executive Member for Homes & Neighbourhoods, will consider consultation responses and approve the final notice of variation. Tenants will receive an additional eight-week notification period before any implementation.
