  1. 2.     To hold the following applicant in reserve, in case of inability of the above applicants to negotiate appropriate dates and timings:
     - Britain's Got Reggae CIC

  2. 3.     That these two organisations be offered a free hire use of the Town Hall Committee Rooms between June and December 2024:

• Imece Women's Centre

• Cape Adventure Playground
