The Director of Planning and Development (Joint Acting Corporate Director Community Wealth Building) approved the procurement strategy for decarbonisation works at Archway Leisure Centre on 18/07/2023. The decision was to approve the procurement strategy for a contract to deliver these works via a further competition under the Fusion 21 Decarbonisation framework. The approved strategy includes requirements for social value, such as an improver-route opportunity scheme and accredited training.
