The Cabinet Member for Education and Skills approved the implementation of agreements for Specialist Resource Provisions, Specialist Post-16 Institutions, and Pupil Referral Units on 10 April 2026. Authority was delegated to the Corporate Director for Children, Young People and Education to finalise and enter into required contracts and legal agreements. This delegation also includes acting as the Local Authority Representative and agreeing non-substantive variations to contracts and SLAs.
