Cabinet Member for Education and Skills decided to approve the closure of the KCC CLS Apprenticeship Programme on 04/12/2025. Authority was delegated to the Director of Education and SEN to finalise and implement the staffing and service delivery model for the closure and ensure continuity of support for apprentices. The Director of Education and SEN was also delegated authority to take other necessary actions, including managing relevant contracts and legal agreements.
