Cabinet Member for Highways and Transport Peter Osborne approved the acceptance of £20m grant funding for the Dover Border Access Improvement Project on 13/07/2026. The decision also approved entering into funding agreements with the Department for Transport and Dover Harbour Board. Authority was delegated to the Corporate Director of Growth, Environment & Transport to finalise necessary contracts and legal agreements.
