CIL Spending Panel

The CIL Spending Panel, a sub-committee of the Cabinet, reviews and selects projects for Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) funding in West Norfolk. It considers local infrastructure funding applications, with a maximum of £100k per project, and assesses wider strategic infrastructure needs to support growth. The panel uses evidence-based documents to inform decisions, acts as a hub for CIL information, and receives progress updates on funded projects. It also scrutinises and contributes to the review of the CIL Spending Strategy to ensure regulatory compliance and continued infrastructure delivery.
