RESOLVED that:
 

1.   
the new traffic data collected in October 2024 as shown in Annex 1,
and the feedback received about the ETMO be noted; and
 

2.   
the existing ETMO be revoked; and
 

3.   
a new ETMO be implemented to include the following:

·        
the existing width restriction at Crescent Road to be made ONE-WAY
EXIT ONLY toward Kingston Hill as shown in Annex 2 (with some
residents’ exemptions to be agreed with ward councillors);
&

·        
Kings Road be made one way eastbound for motor vehicles between
Park Road & Queens Road (as currently) and

·        
New Road be made one way westbound for all vehicles between Queens
Road and Park Road (as currently); and
 

4.   
a report on the measures be brought back to the Committee no sooner
than 6 months and no later than 8 months from the date of the
implementation of the new ETMO to decide whether to make the
changes permanent, modify or remove them.
