RESOLVED that:
 
1.        
the list of schemes as summarised in
paragraph 12 of the report and set out in Annex 6
be implemented under Traffic Management Order subject to statutory
consultation;
 
2.        
authority be delegated to the Assistant
Director Highways, Transport and Regulatory Services, in
consultation with the Chair of the Committee, the relevant
Portfolio Holder and relevant Ward Members, to include the
following proposals into the Traffic Management Order after
conducting investigation:
 
(i)        
double yellow lines opposite no.13
Alexandra Drive;
 
(ii)        double yellow lines at the junction of Pine Walk and
Raeburn Avenue;
 
(iii)       double yellow lines
opposite the bus stops at Surbiton Hill Park between The
Roystons and Chiltern Drive; and
 
(iv)       double yellow lines opposite no.55 Browns Road;
 
3.        
authority be delegated to the Assistant Director Highways,
Transport and Regulatory Services, in consultation with the Chair
of the Committee, the relevant Portfolio Holder and relevant Ward
Members, to consider any objections to the Traffic Management Order
and decide on the way forward;
 
4.         the
trial for closing Tolworth Close at its exit onto Tolworth Broadway
to all traffic except cyclists and pedestrians be implemented using
an Experimental Traffic Management Order (ETMO) as shown in
Annex 7; and
 
5.        
a report be brought back to the
Committee no earlier than a further 6 months from
implementation for a decision on the future of the ETMO for the
Tolworth Close closure.
