RESOLVED that:
 
1.        
authority be delegated to Executive Director Place, in consultation
with the Portfolio Holder for Housing, to award and enter into the
JCT 2016 Design and Build contract to the most economically
advantageous contractor, subject to approval at Commissioning
Governance Board, the scheme being affordable within the available
budget and a full planning consent being secured; and
 
2.        
authority be delegated to Executive
Director Place, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for
Housing, to negotiate and enter into all relevant agreements to
secure Greater London Authority grant funding in support of the
project.
