RECOMMENDED to Council
that:
 

1)   
the proposals for Constitutional change set out at Annexe 1 be
approved; and
 

2)   
 the
Monitoring Officer be authorised to make any further consequential
minor changes arising from these proposals as may be required (as
defined in Annex 1 to Article 1).
