RESOLVED that:
 

1)   
the updated LLP Business Plan be noted and approved;
 

2)   
the draft Phase 2 Business Plan be noted and approved; and
 

3)   
authority be delegated to the Executive
Director Place, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for
Finance, Assets and Governance and the Portfolio Holder for
Housing, to agree additional mitigation measures for Phase 1
including the potential acquisition of up to 55 additional Council
homes.
