Upon recommendation by the Commissioning Governance
Board,
(i)
a call off be made by direct award of a new contract
for the Adult Social Care case management system;
and
(ii)
the sourcing strategy via a Vertical Application
Solutions (VAS) framework RM6259 be approved in accordance with the
Regulation No. 3 of the Council’s Contracts Regulations to
System C for a contract period of a fixed 3-year initial term and
three 2-year extensions for a maximum contract value of
£774,130 ex VAT £928,956 inc. VAT & extension periods.
